Tuesday January 13th,2026 Geisinger Health System received their brand new 2025 twin engine EC-135T3 aircraft. This aircraft is a brand new airframe to the Life Flight program. The program mostly flies the ec145 aircraft. This brand new helicopter replaced the former 1995 BK-117 they previously owned and is now retired from flying forever. This aircraft has the most up to date instruments for pilots to fly and has around 660 horsepower and can fly up to speeds of 136 knots or 155 mph.
