Oradell Firefighters Assist at Water Rescue in Hackensack

HACKENSACK, NJ - During a water rescue at the Court Street Bridge in Hackensack on January 7th, the Oradell Fire Department provided mutual to the Hackensack Fire Department. A car veered off the road and into the Hackensack River, prompting the dispatch of crews. Firefighters entered the water and found the stranded driver. Crews secured the patient and worked to shift them to a safer place for removal using safety lines and flotation gear.
