Hanover Township Fire Department Responds to Christmas Day Fire Alarm with Mutual Aid

December 25, 2025 — The Hanover Township Fire Department was dispatched on Christmas Day to assist with a fire alarm activation as part of a mutual aid response involving neighboring departments.

Engine 1 and Fire Command responded alongside Kingston Fire and Plains Fire companies to a reported fire alarm activation in the Parkview Circle area. Crews arrived on scene and conducted a thorough investigation of the premises.

After assessment, the incident was determined to be an alarm activation with no fire conditions present. All responding units were safely cleared from the scene without further incident.

The response highlights the continued cooperation and coordination among local fire departments, even during the holiday season, ensuring rapid response and public safety coverage throughout the region.
