Mutual Aid Sends Engine 1612 to Westampton Township

Westampton, N.J. — 7th December — The Willingboro Fire Department responded to a reported house fire in Westampton Township as part of a mutual aid assignment. Alongside local crews, Engine 1612 was sent to assist with fire suppression and scene operations. Firefighters from Willingboro reported to incident command upon arrival and were given operational assignments that aligned with the overall fireground plan.

During the incident, sufficient manpower, water supply, and operational coverage were maintained through the use of mutual aid resources. Crews were able to work effectively while safeguarding nearby exposures thanks to the coordinated reaction. There were no recorded injuries involving Willingboro employees. The reaction emphasised Burlington County's need for both requested and automatic mutual aid.
