Riverton, NJ — December 11 — On December 11, the Riverton Fire Department was called to a reported car accident near the intersection of Parry Avenue and Cinnaminson Avenue in Palmyra. After arriving on the scene, Engine 2412 started performing routine fire department duties. In addition to controlling traffic concerns and inspecting the affected vehicles for fire threats, crews guarded the area. While occupants were assessed, staff worked in tandem with police and emergency medical services. While rescuers attempted to make the situation secure, traffic in the area was halted.
