December 19 — Shortly after a regular Friday lunch detail, the Franklin Fire Company responded to a car accident on Loop Road in Guilford Township. A vehicle was reported to have into Conococheague Creek, prompting the activation of Squad 41 and Engine 43.
When crews got there, they discovered the car in the water off the road. No injuries were recorded, as the occupants had already exited the car. When necessary, units collaborated with supporting authorities, secured the area, and looked for potential threats. Operations were short, and the event was managed effectively. Engine 43 and Squad 41 were promptly cleared and put back into duty in Franklin County.
