Before 5:30 p.m. on December 16, the Franklin Fire Company responded to Structure Fire No. 54 of 2025 when Squad 41 was sent to a reported house fire on E. Maple Street in McConnellsburg. When Squad 41 arrived as the first-due squad with six members, they discovered that a single-wide mobile home was on fire. To help with overhaul operations, the squad stationed itself close to the front entrance and sent crews inside. In order to allow the original teams to cycle out, members manned a hoseline and opened up other parts of the building. Before heading back to Franklin County, Squad 41 worked on the scene for about an hour.
