December 8, 2025 — Neptune Hose Company 1, Inc. congratulated Dryden Firefighter Allan Dries on successfully completing New York State firefighting training for both exterior and interior operations.

Dries completed more than 170 hours of combined classroom and hands-on instruction, including self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) proficiency. His training also covered first aid and CPR, the National Incident Management System, hazardous materials response, truck company operations, and a final written examination.

Department members praised Dries for his commitment, noting that his dedication reflects the time and effort required of new volunteers who step forward to serve and protect their community.
