Hurleyville Fire Department Announces 2026 Elected Officers

December 4, 2025 — The Hurleyville Fire Department announced its elected officers for 2026, pending approval by the board of commissioners.
The newly elected officers are:
President: Jim Kaufman
Vice President: Braiden DeGraw
Secretary: Erica Carlson-Payne
Treasurer: John Jaycox
Officer at Large: Brandon Hummel
Operational officers elected include:
Chief: Charles Oakley Payne
1st Assistant Chief: Fred Froehlich
2nd Assistant Chief: Tony Harvey
Captain: Joshua Conlon
1st Lieutenant: Ron Besimer
2nd Lieutenant: Bunk Benjamin
Captain of Fire Police: Edwin Ayala
The department congratulated all elected officers and wished them success as they prepare for another year of service to the Hurleyville community.
