December 11, 2025 — The Grahamsville Fire Department held its annual elections tonight, selecting officers who will lead the department during the 2026 year.
Elected officers are as follows:
Chief: Mike Kelly
1st Assistant Chief: Casey Grey
2nd Assistant Chief: Tony Costa
Captain: Will Conjura
Lieutenant: Andy Garigliano
1st Engineer: Doug Hamilton
2nd Engineer: Jarryd Barnum-Budd
President: Larry Bracken
Vice President: Andy Garigliano
Secretary: Don Starner
Treasurer: Will Conjura
Trustee: Mike Mickelson
Department members thanked the outgoing officers for their service and dedication. A special recognition was given to Joe Pond, who concluded his tenure as Company Treasurer after decades of committed service to the department.
