Swansea Fire Department Pins Six New Firefighters

Six recent graduates of the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services Firefighter Academy in Bridgewater were sworn in and had their badges pinned by the Swansea Fire Department.
Maicon Vilas-Boas, Jared Koger, Jacob Dillon, Shane Justice, Logan Estes, and Shane Neto were sworn in as firefighters and given their Swansea Fire Department badges. The event signaled the end of their academy training and the start of their community service.
