November 16, 2025 | Schoeneck Fire Company — Engine 19-1 and Engine 19-2 responded during the afternoon hours to assist Station 14 (Durlach–Mt. Airy) with a reported small woods fire at the Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area boat launch. Crews deployed handlines into the wooded area and worked quickly to contain the fire, preventing further spread. The incident was brought under control without injuries or damage to nearby structures.
