Roselle, N.J. — November 17 — The Roselle Fire Department and numerous partner organizations coordinated their response to a structure fire that affected multiple properties in Roselle. No civilian injuries were reported, and all residents were successfully evacuated by firefighters. After receiving treatment and being released, one firefighter with a minor arm injury went back to work the following shift. While borough departments helped evacuated people, incident command oversaw suppression and support activities. With help from OEM, county mutual aid, and the Building Department for operational support and structural evaluations, the Roselle Police Department managed evacuations and scene security. Donations were made by locals and community organisations to assist impacted families. To secure homes and supplies, the borough leadership collaborated closely with emergency services. The event demonstrated excellent community support and planning.
