Dryer Fire at CINTAS in Newburgh

NEWBURGH, NY - On December 13th, Cronomer Valley FD was dispatched to a reported structure fire at CINTAS, located at 1605 Route 300. Good-Will, Winona Lake, Middlehope and Plattekill Fire Departments responded to the scene. Two dryers caught fire and filled the building with smoke. Everyone was evacuated as firefighters checked for extensions. Cronomer Valley and Winona Lake had their ladder trucks on the north and south sides of the building to check the roof. Deputy Fire Coordinator 36-15 was at the scene. Cronomer Valley Fire Police blocked Route 300 to traffic. Power was terminated to dryers and turned back over to CINTAS employees.
