TSgt Trevor Alexis Earns Wing-Level NCO of the Quarter Honor at Tyndall AFB

Nov. 17, 2025 | Tyndall A.F.B Fire & Emergency Services. Technical Sergeant Trevor Alexis has been named the 325th Fighter Wing Noncommissioned Officer of the 3rd Quarter for 2025, a prestigious wing-level honor recognizing outstanding leadership, dedication, and mission excellence.

TSgt Alexis, assigned to the 325th Civil Engineer Squadron and serving with Tyndall Fire & Emergency Services, credited the achievement to the mentors, teammates, and leaders who continue to shape his growth and performance.

“This award isn’t mine alone,” Alexis shared. “It belongs to every mentor, teammate, and leader who shows up, pushes, and believes in the mission.”

Leadership praised his commitment to professionalism, operational excellence, and teamwork, noting that his performance reflects the high standards upheld across both the Civil Engineer Squadron and Mission Support Group.

The recognition highlights not only individual achievement, but also the collective strength of the Tyndall team. As Alexis stated, “We rise together.”
