December 4, 2025 — The Lambertville Fire District #1 announced that Santa’s magical red mailbox is officially open at the firehouse, inviting local children to drop off their Christmas wish lists, drawings, and holiday messages at 230 N. Main Street.

Families are encouraged to submit letters by 3:30 p.m. on December 20, and Santa’s helpers at the firehouse will make sure each child receives a reply—just be sure to include a return address. Firefighters say they’ll be keeping a close watch on the mailbox to ensure every letter makes its way safely to the North Pole.

The department invites the community to stop by, share in the holiday spirit, and make a festive memory during the Christmas season.
