Auburn, NH — November 9 — A productive weekend centred on firefighter training and skill development was reported by the Auburn Fire Department. Lieutenant Pierson conducted a Basic Firefighting Skills Review at The Cliffs at Evergreen on Saturday, allowing participants to rehearse critical skills in a residential environment. The department appreciates the ongoing collaboration with the local builders, which facilitates practical planning for upcoming reactions.

Firefighters LaPrade and Wong represented the department at the Lt. Joseph P. DiBernardo Memorial Foundation training in Long Island, New York, from Friday to Sunday. To improve their survival and fire attack skills, they trained under live fire situations with teachers and firefighters from across the nation. In support of Auburn's overall preparedness, the department also congratulated Firefighter Bob Evans on earning his certification in Trench Rescue Operations.
