CONCORD, NH - City firefighters were dispatched to 17 Badger Street in the South end for a reported house on fire, February 28th. All of the City's fire companies were dispatched at 12:17 p.m. Broadway's Engine 4 and Ambulance 4 arrived at 12:21 p.m., reporting fire showing from the rear of a one-and-a-half-story cape. A woman and her son escaped the flames with no injuries. A working fire was transmitted and the fire was knocked down at 12:49 p.m. Mutual aid communities covered the city's four stations and the fire is under investigation.
