FALL RIVER, MA - On Wednesday, November 29th, firefighters responded to Walmart to assist the local police department. On arrival, it was determined that an unknown substance had been released during the apprehension of a suspect. The Massachusetts Hazardous Materials team was requested to assist in mitigating the substance. It was determined that the substance released was a quantity of Fentanyl.
