Rescues Made at Boston Second-Alarm

Boston, MA - On December 2nd, Boston firefighters arrived to find heavy fire showing from this four-story brownstone on West Newton Street. Command arrived on scene and quickly struck a second-alarm. Ladder Companies made rescues out of the upper floor windows while the engine companies worked on extinguishing the fire. Several handlines were stretched to knock down the fire. Crews remained on scene overhauling and checking for extension.
