Canton, CT — November 1 —According to the Canton Fire & EMS Department's October response totals, there were 116 medical calls and 47 fire calls. The community's emergency action is still being managed by crews at a steady pace. Year to date, the department has responded 1,560 calls, showing the continuous demand for both fire and emergency medical services throughout the community.
