Catskill Fire Company members spent their weekly training night working on a variety of essential skills and projects. New firefighters practiced basic SCBA operations, another group worked on driver training, and a third team continued progress on kitchen renovations at the station. The department notes that building confidence with equipment and maintaining their facility is an important part of their readiness.

The company trains every Tuesday evening on different topics, tools, and tactics to support a strong and capable response for the community. Catskill Fire welcomes anyone interested in learning more about volunteer opportunities to stop in and see the work being done.
