In addition, he was awarded the Florida Fire Sprinkler Association Champion of the Industry and Humanitarian of the Year Award from the American Red Cross in 2021.

Congratulations to Division Chief/Fire Marshal Demopoulos!

We are also excited to announce that the Fire Inspectors Association of Broward County (FIABC) has also awarded Inspector Cintia Chelles with the 2022 Fire Inspector of the Year Award.

Inspector Chelles has been involved in many aspects of the Community Risk Reduction Division and is always available to assist in new projects such as design and implementation of the First Due software.
