November 24, 2025 — Barrow County Fire Department Station 5 spent Monday morning engaging with young children during “Story Time on Mondays at the Studio” at J&K Play Studio in Braselton. Firefighters read several children’s books to the group before heading outside to give the kids an up-close look at their fire engine, equipment, and protective gear. The visit offered a fun and educational opportunity for children to interact with first responders and learn more about fire safety in a friendly, hands-on environment. BCFD expressed appreciation to J&K Play Studio for the invitation, noting how meaningful it is to connect with the community’s youngest future heroes.
