Afton, NY — November 11 — The Afton Fire Department observed Veterans Day by commemorating men and women who served in the United States Armed Forces. Their dedication and sacrifice have safeguarded the liberties cherished throughout the country. The department also expressed delight in its veteran members, saying that their service continues in the firehouse through their dedication to community safety.
