EMS Calls Lead Busy Month for Farmington Responders

Farmington, NH — November 3 — In October 2025, the Farmington NH Fire Department, located at 160 Main Street, recorded 118 events, indicating consistent emergency activity throughout the community. 34 fire-related events and 84 EMS calls were handled by crews. The department demonstrated the regional collaboration that aids neighboring towns by offering mutual aid 17 times. 14 overlapping calls, or almost 12% of the month's total, were received in Farmington, demonstrating continuous demand throughout the day. With 26 calls, Friday was the busiest day, and the busiest time of day was 6 p.m. Fire authorities advise locals to check smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, clean chimneys and evaluate heating systems now that the weather is colder. The department acknowledges the continued dedication of its firefighters and EMTs and appreciates the locals for their support.
