Lempster, NH — November 11 — In honour of Veterans Day, the Lempster Fire Department, located at 929 RT-10, Lempster, NH, joined communities across in expressing gratitude to those who have served and are currently serving in the US military. Many veterans are still working as police, firefighters, and EMTs, contributing their leadership, collaboration, and training to public safety positions. Veterans Day serves as a reminder of the commitment and sacrifice made by military personnel and their families, according to the department. Additionally, national organizations emphasize how veterans' participation in emergency services improves community support and response skills. Firefighters in Lempster conveyed their gratitude to the men and women who defend the country and contribute to community safety on a daily basis. Their devotion is still valued and never forgotten.
