Alachua County Fire Rescue honors Richard Ervin for 20 years of service

November 22, 2025 — Alachua County Fire Rescue announced its congratulations to Logistics Support Staff member Richard Ervin, who is celebrating 20 years of dedicated service to the citizens of Alachua County and to ACFR.


According to the department, Ervin’s commitment, reliability, and hard work have been instrumental in supporting daily operations and ensuring that crews have the resources they need to serve the community effectively. His two decades of service reflect a deep dedication to public safety and the mission of the department.


Alachua County Fire Rescue expressed its appreciation for Ervin’s longstanding contributions and thanked him for his continued support of both personnel and residents.
