Students from not only around the state but also from outside of state attended this weeklong training session. With Florida in severe drought and most of the Country not far behind. Two dozen new Firefighters have been added to the already low number of Wildland Firefighters. This new Firefighters spent the week learning the skills needed to be a Wildland Firefighter, some of the new recruits will also be assisting in Prescribe Fire activities.
