Bushkill, PA — November 11 — On Tuesday, Bushkill Volunteer Fire Company took a moment to honour the men and women who had served in the US military. The department recognised the dedication, self-control, and sacrifice veterans have made to defend the nation and uphold the liberties we enjoy today. Nowadays, a large number of local veterans work in the fire and emergency services fields, contributing leadership and a strong feeling of duty to positions in public safety.

Members also mentioned the crucial assistance given by veterans' families, whose resilience enables them to continue serving. The organisation sent out a statement of appreciation to everyone who has served and is now serving, both in uniform and in their local communities.
