On November 14, 2025, McConnellsburg Volunteer Fire Company Engine 156 was dispatched to assist Franklin County Company 9 at a reported garage fire. Crews arrived to find active fire conditions and worked alongside responding units to establish water supply, support suppression efforts, and assist with overhaul. Personnel remained on scene until the incident was brought under control and resources were no longer needed. The department thanks all assisting agencies for their coordinated response.
