Bloomfield, N.J. — October 31 —Several Bloomfield Fire Department members recently completed Rope Rescue Technician training at the Camden County Fire Academy, which was led by Safety and Survival Training, LLC. The program emphasized improved rope systems, high- and low-angle operations, and victim rescue procedures in tough environments.

The instructors emphasized precision, safety, and teamwork throughout the training. Department leadership stated that ongoing technical rescue training ensures that firefighters are ready to tackle difficult events swiftly and effectively.
