Lewistown, Pa. — October 29 — On Wednesday night, families were invited to participate in neighbourhood Trick-or-Treat events at the Chief Logan Volunteer Fire Department, located at 1800 Glenwood Avenue. Firefighters talked with locals, gave out candy, and gave kids passing through the neighbourhood a safe place to stop. Families from all around the neighbourhood visited the station, and attendance remained consistent throughout the evening.
Mifflin County had a great night because to the clear weather and active community involvement. During Trick-or-Treat celebrations, fire units frequently act as visible, safe stops that promote family-friendly activities and strengthen links among the community.
