Upper St. Clair, Pa. — November 5 — The Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department took advantage of the good weather and a home that was about to be demolished to undertake real-world ventilation training. The chance allowed firefighters to practice cutting operations while reinforcing safe, efficient practices.
