Upper St. Clair, Pa. — October 30 — Members of the Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department completed this week’s drill with a focus on basic vehicle stabilization. The session provided firefighters with hands-on practice using updated rescue struts to support vehicles in a variety of incident scenarios.
