Bradford, Pa. — October 22 — A forced entry training session that covered both single-firefighter and two-firefighter tactics was finished by Bradford City Firefighters, located at 25 Chestnut St., Bradford, Pennsylvania. Members had the chance to practice controlled access methods used in emergency responses and structure fires during the drill.

Firefighters focused on tool placement, synchronization, and safe body stance while working on doors that swung both inward and outward. Additionally, the crew trained using a New York hook for extra leverage in heavier hardware configurations or tighter door frames. The dual Halligan approach, which combines two Halligan tools to boost mechanical advantage in more difficult entrance scenarios, was used to wrap off training.
