GLEN COVE, N.Y. — November 15, 2025 — Full A.F. Dobler Hose & Ladder Co. issued a reminder to residents and motorists to use caution while traveling on Church Street today and tomorrow, as the Glen Cove Fire Department is conducting a training class in the area. The department noted that the roadway will be congested with volunteers, apparatus, and training activity throughout the duration of the exercises.
Drivers were encouraged to reduce speed, remain alert, and, when possible, select an alternate route to avoid delays and ensure the safety of both firefighters and the public.
The company thanked the community for its cooperation while important readiness training takes place.
