Holmes, Pa. — November 3 — Holmes Fire Company Station 43 was dispatched at 9:36 a.m. to the 600 block of Chester Pike in Prospect Park for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment. Rescue crews arrived to find a minivan on its side with one person trapped inside. Firefighters worked with on-scene units to stabilize the vehicle and complete the extrication.
The patient was safely removed and turned over to EMS for evaluation. Crews remained on scene briefly to assist with cleanup before returning to service.
