Cars Go Smash in The Morning in Mastic Beach

Mastic Beach NY- On November 10th at about 9:15 AM Suffolk 911 received a call for a vehicle crash at Neighborhood rd and Diana Dr. An officer from the Suffolk Police 7th precinct was dispatched to the scene and on arrival found a 2-vehicle crash in the intersection. He checked with the occupants and requested EMS and Fire to the scene.
Mastic Beach Ambulance company was activated and responded with their First Responder 5-39-80 & ambulance 5-39-17. Paramedic Rich T who was the 80-truck operator checked on the drivers of the vehicles while the crew from Mastic Beach FD Rescue 4 went to work cleaning up fluids on their arrival. Fire Police unit 80 was also dispatched to the scene and assisted with closing Neighborhood rd at Mastic Rd for firefighter protection.
The drivers of both vehicles refused further medical attention at the scene. The road was closed for about 20 to 30 minutes.
