October 28, 2025 — The Frankford Township Fire Department marked National First Responders Day by expressing its gratitude to every member of the organization—from its newest recruits, including “mini Deputy Chief Dann,” to its most seasoned former chiefs.

The department highlighted the dedication and commitment shown by its members, who devote countless hours to training, station duties, and emergency response. Whether responding to fire, rescue, or EMS incidents, volunteers and career personnel alike continue to answer the call whenever the community needs them most.

In addition to recognizing its own members, the department extended sincere appreciation to its mutual aid and automatic aid partners. Leaders noted that the department’s success relies heavily on strong regional partnerships and the unwavering support of neighboring agencies.

“Happy National First Responders Day to all first responders,” the department said in its message. “Your dedication and commitment make a difference every single day.”
