Port Royal, Pa. — October 30 — Friendship Fire Company No. 1 responded to a car accident in the Borough. When Squad 1 arrived, they discovered a passenger car on the road with front-end damage. Crews assessed for dangers, administered BLS treatment, and collaborated with police to keep traffic under control. No significant injuries were recorded, and the situation remained stable.
These kinds of incidents frequently happen on the Borough's winding, narrow streets, where vehicles may have trouble seeing and turning. Squad 1 responded steadily and in accordance with protocol, clearing the road after patient treatment was finished and it was safe to drive.
