LIBERTY BOROUGH, Pa. — November 4 — With a total of 29 dispatched incidents at the end of October, the Liberty Borough Fire Department demonstrated a consistent and varied month of operations. The majority of responses were service calls, followed by fires, EMS and rescue incidents, false alarms, good-intent calls, and hazardous conditions.
During operations in October, mutual aid was crucial. Liberty firefighters received mutual aid from nearby departments three times and gave mutual aid 26 times. Crews documented 71 hours and 56 minutes of incident time for all responses.
