Shamong Township, N.J. — October 22 —Indian Mills Volunteer Fire Co., serving Shamong Townshi,p responded this evening to a report of a car accident on Stokes Road near Park Avenue. First Assistant Chief 2801, Lieutenant 2806, Engine 2812, and Rescue 2818 were sent to the scene.

Fire Police Units 2838 and 2830 secured the road to ensure safe operations while crews assessed the area and supported EMS personnel. The Tabernacle Rescue Squad provided patient care, and the New Jersey State Police helped with traffic and incident documentation. The scene was made safe soon after the units arrived, and the responding companies left without further issue. The department thanked all the agencies that assisted for their coordination.
