Doylestown Firefighters Added Tankers Amid Temporary Water Issue

Doylestown, Pa. — October 29 — Doylestown Fire Company No. 1 extended its appreciation to the Borough Water Department for their work to restore water service in the area of North Clinton and Doyle Street.

While repairs were underway and water pressure remained low, the fire company adjusted its response plans to include automatic dispatch of tanker units. This precaution ensured that crews maintained adequate water supply for any fire-related emergencies in the affected area.

The coordinated effort between the Water Department and the fire company highlighted the Borough’s commitment to public safety and operational readiness during utility disruptions.
