Port Royal, Pa. — October 31 — In response to an automated fire alarm at Westminster United Presbyterian Church on North Third Street in Mifflintown Borough, Beale Township Fire Company No. 5 and Tanker 5 were sent to help Mifflintown Hose Company No. 1. All other units were put back into action when Engine 2 and Squad 1 from Friendship Fire Company received the call while Tanker 5 was getting ready to arrive with a crew of three.
