Brookville, Pa. — November 7 — Early Friday, members of the Brookville Fire Company, located at 240 Madison Ave., responded to a commercial structure fire at the Rodeway Inn Brookville motel in Brookville. Alongside Brookville firefighters, crews from mutual-aid organizations arrived and assisted with operations.

Before the issue was deemed under control, crews worked for more than an hour. There were no reported injuries. After making sure the structure was secure and well-ventilated, firefighters went back to work. The incident's cause is still being looked into.
