BLACK LICK, Pa. — October 26 — Families, neighbor's, and neighborhood organizations came together for an afternoon of festivities during the Black Lick Volunteer Fire Company's annual community parade. Along Main Street, there were vibrant costumes, joyous displays and a lot of community involvement.

This year's costume winners were chosen by three judges: Mandy Hoover, Steve Palmer, and Leia Palmer. The River Valley Marching Band played music to liven up the parade route, while Martin Diesel LLC provided the flatbed that served as the judges' stand.
