Saxton, Pa. — October 25 —The South Central Mountain Regional Task Force and members of Company 35's USAR and Water Rescue Teams took part in a joint exercise on Saturday. Multiple agencies collaborated for the regional exercise to improve their water rescue and technical rescue skills through post-disaster simulations
