LBFD Clears Debris Following Two-Car Collision on Long Beach Blvd.

Long Beach, N.Y. — November 4 — The City of Long Beach New York Fire Department, 1 West Chester Street, responded at 6:30 p.m. to a motor vehicle collision at Long Beach Boulevard and East Park Avenue. Crews arrived to find two vehicles with heavy damage in the intersection. Both drivers were evaluated and declined medical attention.
Engine 2343, Ambulance 2319, and Mount Sinai South Nassau Ambulance 2325 operated on scene. Fire department personnel cleared debris and fluids from the roadway before the intersection was reopened. Assistant Chief Reinhard held command.
