Rutland, Vt. — October 22 — Firefighter Braden Clark has officially completed his probationary period with the City of Rutland Fire Department, earning full-duty status. Over the past year, Clark trained in fire suppression, rescue operations, and department procedures to meet the department’s operational standards.

Clark is a third-generation firefighter, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, who served as chief officers with the Rutland Town Fire Department, and his uncle, who serves with the City of Rutland Fire Department.
